Located in Ottawa's vibrant Little Italy neighbourhood, HOTT by Sōma Pilates is conveniently accessible from Dow's Lake, The Glebe, Centretown, Hintonburg, Westboro, Carleton University, and downtown Ottawa.

Parking options include free street parking Monday–Friday before 8:30 AM and after 7:30 PM, a large paid parking lot directly in front of the studio, as well as additional free and paid parking lots just around the corner. For the most up-to-date parking options, we recommend checking Parkopedia. The area is also highly walkable and features nearby public bike racks, making it easy to get to class by foot or bicycle.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow enough time to park, check in, and get settled before class begins.
