Reformer Classes

Beginners

New to Reformer Pilates? This is the perfect place to start. Our introductory class begins with a guided introduction to the Reformer, so you'll learn how the machine works and feel comfortable before class begins. From there, you'll focus on proper alignment, breathwork, and core engagement while learning fundamental Pilates exercises at a slower, supportive pace. You'll leave feeling confident, empowered, and ready for your next class.

**If this is your first time at SŌMA we recommend to start with a BEGINNERS class.**
